Breakfast

Well for breakfast, I had some chapatti and lime pickle which I love and the tangy taste it leaves in the mouth is so good and the freshness just makes you want to eat more. I haven’t made any but I would love to try it out at some point, and then maybe experiment with different spices and fruits. The thing with lime pickle is that it’s the pectin content like a jam that makes it thicker and tastier, and hence the process is long.IMG_9367 IMG_9365 IMG_9366
