Spinach Roti

These rotis can be made with methi leaves too... [fenugreek leaves] and the taste is amazing with a pungency in the rotis that go well with bland dish, or with any contrasting dish... like a simple mutton curry...

Spinach Roti - I love to make parathas stuffed with cauliflower or spinach. When I'm a little short on time, I go for simple rotis. Tonight, I thought I'd try to combine them, by mixing the filling right into the dough.
